Dealer's Den Rules and Policies 

 

General Rules 

  1. Registration and Badges:

   - All dealers must be registered participants of Furry Weekend LA and wear their event badges at all times within the Dealer's Den. 

   - Dealers must display their Dealer's Badge at their table. 

  

  1. Table Assignments:

   - Tables are assigned by the Dealer's Den Coordinator and may not be moved or swapped without prior approval. 

   - Dealers are responsible for their own table setup and must keep their area clean and organized. 

  

  1. Setup and Breakdown:

   - Dealers may set up their tables during the designated setup times. 

   - All tables must be broken down and cleared by the end of the designated breakdown period. 

  

  1. Operating Hours:

   - Dealers must adhere to the operating hours of the Dealer's Den. 

   - Late arrivals and early departures should be communicated to the Dealer's Den Coordinator. 

  

  1. Merchandise:

   - All merchandise must be appropriate for the general audience. 

   - Explicit content must be clearly labeled and displayed in accordance with event guidelines. 

   - No bootleg or unlicensed, or AI generated merchandise is allowed. 

  

Conduct and Behavior 

  1. Professionalism:

   - Dealers are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times. 

   - Disruptive behavior, including loud music or offensive language, is prohibited. 

  

  1. Interactions:

   - Dealers should treat all attendees with respect and courtesy. 

   - Harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the event. 

  

  1. Safety and Security:

   - Dealers are responsible for securing their own belongings. 

   - Furry Weekend LA is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. 

   - Any suspicious activity should be reported to CRT immediately. 

  

Sales and Transactions 

  1. Pricing:

   - All prices must be clearly marked on merchandise or signage. 

   - Dealers must honor all posted prices and deals. 

  

  1. Transactions:

   - Dealers are responsible for their own sales transactions and must provide receipts if requested. 

   - Cash and electronic payment methods should be handled securely. 

  

  1. Tax Compliance:

   - Dealers are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales taxes. 

   -Dealers are responsible to get a California Tax License from the State  

   - Furry Weekend LA does not provide tax advice; dealers should consult with a tax professional if needed. 

  

Compliance and Enforcement 

  1. Policy Adherence:

   - Failure to adhere to these rules and policies may result in warnings, or expulsion from the Dealer's Den/Event without refund. 

    

  1. Complaints and Disputes:

   - Complaints or disputes should be directed to the Dealer's Den Coordinator for resolution. 

   - Decisions made by the Dealer's Den Coordinator are final. 

  

  1. Changes and Updates:

   - Furry Weekend LA reserves the right to update these rules and policies at any time. 

   - Dealers will be notified of any changes in a timely manner. 

  

By participating in the Dealer's Den at Furry Weekend LA, you agree to abide by these rules and policies. We aim to create a fun, safe, and enjoyable environment for everyone involved. Thank you for your cooperation!
